I don’t usually write reviews, but this place absolutely earned it.
First off, the hotel was practically EMPTY—parking lot deserted, hardly any guests in sight—yet the front desk clerk assigned us a room on the fourth floor, fully aware that the elevator was out of service. No apology, no explanation, just a room key and good luck hauling your bags.
Then there’s the nickel-and-diming: $25 PER DAY for parking, non-refundable, despite there being more open spots than cars. On top of that, a $100 security deposit they hold for an entire week. Outrageous for a hotel operating like this.
Now the room… honestly embarrassing.
– Lamps didn’t work
– No clock
– No microwave
– No coffee maker
– No coat hangers
– Basically the most stripped-down “hotel room” you can imagine.
And here’s the worst part:
When you look at the photos this hotel uploaded on Expedia, the images for the exact room type we booked clearly show a hair dryer, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. None of those existed in our room. It’s completely misleading—borderline false advertising.
I have no idea how a hotel can be this empty and still deliver a room that looks like it skipped inspection entirely. This place should be embarrassed to charge anything above a hostel rate.
Never again. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
