"This little gem is very authentic of San Juan living. Very clean and comfortable. With that being said the traffic is so crazy. The parking spot is right in front, but if you are renting a vehicle make sure it is compact or sub compact. That is not a negative for the jetsetters retreat, it is just the reality of San Juan and the surrounding area. "

"Perfect location as only a couple of streets over from Isla Verde with coffee shops, restaurants, super mart, etc. Also within walking distance to beautiful Carolina Beach. This studio apartment is very clean and exactly as posted. Don't be surprised to have a rooster waking you up at 7:00 a.m. which was pretty cool. The host Anthony quickly responds to any questions you may have. Great stay for 2 nights before a cruise. "

"The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. I would not want to come in late here by myself being a female. They did have a laundry area downstairs on the first floor. It says...
