Relaxing Chalet with beautiful Sunrises & Sunsets!

Our Chalet is a 1-Floor apartment consisting of 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom. It is located in Park Gardens, which is a very quiet/private area. It's about 7-10 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls (7-10 minutes driving), beaches (NOT walking-distance), supermarket and restaurants. You will have ONLY the FIRST floor of the Chalet for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living on the second floor of the Chalet, but it does have its own private entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the second floor of The Chalet nor the Balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed which can fit 2 people in that room.
Bedroom #2 has two Twin beds & a Bunk-bed which can fit 4 people in that room.
**2 additional airbeds can be provided to accommodate 2 more people, for a total of 8 guests in the property. The airbeds can be accommodated one in each room in order to take advantage of the AC.

There are currently 4 Security cameras turned on and recording 24/7. These cameras provide safety for our guests and the property. They are all located outside by the Chalet's Main entrance, Stairs, and on the way to the back area. If you have any question, feel free to let us know. Thank you!

The stay was great. Manuel Jr. was our contact point before arrival; Manuel Sr. lives on-site and was our contact person during our stay. Both were super responsive and helpful. The place itself was clean and perfectly agreeable. There was street parking right in front of the building. All was exactly as advertised. Certainly, you can find more upscale places, but my wife, two teens, and I were very comfortable and I don't think you can beat the value.

The host ,Manuel ,was very responsive from the start during the booking and during our short stay. I was very grateful he allowed us one night stay with a middle of the night arrival with key pad access. The outdoor space was charming. Lots of beds fit our group of 5 well!

The home is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood about a 15 minute Uber ride from the airport. The bedrooms are comfortable and are each equipped with AC units for optimal sleep. The refrigerator was kindly supplied with a complimentary bottled water for each guest. The host was very responsive and available for whatever we needed.

I don’t know where the 10/10 reviews came from but we checked out in a matter of minutes! Bathroom shower was DISCUSTING, walls pealing extension cords all over, tripped on rug in LR due to it all crumpled …. Just bad!!

Everything was great! Clean, everything we would ever need. We were even able to watch the Peach Bowl “Go IU”. The balcony was large and great to sit out and enjoy.

The Chalet was very convenient to the airport and San Juan area. The location near the airport made it somewhat noisy from the planes passing overhead frequently. The power went out for a few hours but the owner has a back up generator that helped with the air conditioning. The bathroom shower didn't drain well but was well supplied. There are several stair steps to reach the apartment. The balcony overlooks a nice neighborhood and we were able to buy fruit from a food truck that stopped close by. We were able to park safely on the street and we felt safe in the apartment.

Manuel is a very thoughtful host. Water bottles in the fridge at our arrival, neatly folded towels with toothbrushes provided and felt very safe. The check in and parking information is so clear which made our stay even smoother. The place was spotless as well. I truly recommend.

Definitely deserves a 10/10 at minimum. The host was very accommodating. The property was cozy and a great location to explore the island. 45 minutes to El Yunque National Rain Forest, 12 minutes to beaches at Isla Verde, 15 minutes to Santurce Art walk… 25 minutes to old San Juan. The area is quiet and safe.

I stayed for 10 days and had a great experience! Host Manuel was very easy to communicate with by text, and his father, who lives downstairs, was so kind and helpful with local information. He greeted us warmly when we arrived. It’s a cute and comfortable place to stay—close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and family-friendly, and we felt very welcomed. The space was clean and well stocked with thoughtful, unexpected items that came in handy. Questions were answered quickly. Highly recommend — 10/10

This location was awesome..there was not a thing missing..the management was great..as soon as I text them they responded..the only thing is that a ac will be good in the living room but the fans help some..we where totally satisfied I definitely recommend this location plenty of space and comfortable beds.. very clean.. The property was as listed, the host was very helpful and if there had been any issues, Manuel and his father(who lives downstairs) would have been very easy to get ahold of. I enjoyed my time in San Juan greatly, this place is a short drive to Old San Juan , the rain forest and not too bad of a drive to Toro Verde, although didn't make it there due to an illness. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, very close to a McDonald's, ,supermercado,gas station etc... and I will definitely stay there again the next time I travel to San Juan. Thank you Manuel!

good property for the money

This property was as-described with lots of nice touches to be comfortable. But the power went out on our last morning there, and it was pretty uncomfortable in the summer heat. There were some good restaurants nearby and it was a good distance from the airport. Overall a good stay.
