"Well to start off, the shower head zero pressure. The towels were so small for the body. There was no “free water” that lounge we had to pay extra for, just to get water ?? Paying for parking that’s not even guaranteed, ridiculous."

"Large comfortable rooms. Great rooftop pool area with view of Shoreline Village and marina. Central to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing tours."

"The evening was very nice sitting outside and the view of the bay with the Queen Mary was very beautiful"

"The staff at this hotel are superb. Best staff at a hotel I have ever visited in California. Maybe anywhere other than Japan. my bed was another story lumpy needs to be replaced. The rooms are worn. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Unless you are with someone who has good walking capability, it’s nothing but like a city environment right along the water, so it’s a lot of walking, but you can get DoorDash in for food which was really nice. Best Hotel stay on my entire trip."

"The room was clean and comfortable, great bed for an amazing night's sleep. The hotel inside could probably benefit from a paint job maybe something other than white and carpet replacement, but it overwhelmingly provided everything needed for a great night's sleep. Recommend!"

"Usan demasiado cloro nos toco salir del cuarto dejar abiertas la ventanas para que saliera el olor fuerte , era insoportable"

"I was so pleasantly surprised about the accommodations! The people (staff AND guests) were all so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Checking in, I was told my room wasn't ready, even after the designated check-in time. Waited in the lobby for over an hour, watching everyone else check-in despite us being told there was a waitlist for rooms and had to be put on a waiting list."

"Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay. Lots of nice shops near by, a store did get robbed next door so just keep that in mind."

"Good staff and shuttle service, nice restaurant. Room had a loud, jiggly lock on the door and awful shower flow, no hand lotion in the dispenser….. not easy to get transportation to LAX on a Monday morning"

"Na"

"After saying one night here I tried to book a room the following night and they accused me of having a dog in our hotel room and they said I had "lots of traffic" I don't have a dog and I had no traffic they wanted to charge me $215 for the second night. Ridiculous."

"I love their rooms and breakfast is always good. Kid friendly"

"I really enjoyed my one night here. It was lovely to wake up and walk to the water."
