"Friendly staff and delightful environment. Would stay again!"

"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"

"Needs an overhaul, ripped shades and scuffed paint, but clean and depending on what you need very good location"

"The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. "Hm"

"Amazing apartment, had everything we needed. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Really great distance from o2 arena. Would highly recommend!"

"Awesome apartment. Well located. Walkable to many monuments and locations."

"Stayed 2 nights. The staff were wonderful, facility very clean . spotless bathroom . The deal breaker , and it's a big one was the mattress. It WAS TERRIBLE with springs poking into our ribs all night , had to sleep on to of the duvet the second night . Didn't get a good night's sleep either night ."

"Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel"

"Great value hostel. Convenient transport connections & great for O2 Arean & Greenwich area. Free help yourself breakfast."

"Great location, beds comfortable, breakfast buffet excellent"

"Breakfast is great, good selection and choices of food and beverages being served. Staff, including reception, breakfast lounge staff and room attendants are very accommodating and helpful and are able to answer if you have questions and concerns. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Lighting by the entrance the dresser/counter top for coffee and tea, and by the wall mirror is dark. It would be nice if you can change them."

"Just as advertised"

"No elevator,Room was very small, door of bathroom was broken"
