"Our second visit in a month. Great location - convenient for shops, bars and restaurants and perfect for walks by the river. Our room was big, clean and comfortable with a view over the river. A good choice of food at breakfast and perfect porridge. The staff were pleasant and helpful. "

"This was our second visit, and it didn’t fail to impress.
On this occasion we stayed over Christmas, and the hotel was decorated fabulously.
We had a castle feature room which was lovely.
We also ate in the restaurant for dinner, which again was excellent.
Breakfast was also very good.
The staff were all polite and professional, always chatty with a smile on their faces!
Would definitely recommend."
