"We stay here often when we come to Newport and we have never had an issue. The staff is friendly and courteous. The room is clean and we love the location highly recommend it."

"Very decent for a good night sleep. Not many amenities- nowhere to get snacks, coffee, etc. Just very basic, but the basics were quite nice! The elevator is very old-fashioned and has the metal grates on it; I thought it was awesome! Still, location was great but I expected a little more for the price we paid. Hopefully when they are done with the remodeling it will be better equipped with conveniences. Staff was amazing! I'd stay here again if I found myself in Providence, but I'd know to come...

"Excellent location! Extremely clean and staff was fantastic. We found an area on the carpet in our room that was wet. Appeared to be from the overhead air conditioning unit. Staff offered a new room. We were only staying the one night so we declined the offer. Would highly recommended this beautiful hotel! "
