"The hotel was under renovation which we were not aware of when booking. The floor carpet had stains & it didn’t look like the bathroom had been cleaned. Unfortunately it was a weekend of a university graduation so there were no other available hotel rooms to move to."

"Total disappointment! The room was filthy and bug infested. The shower/ tub was cracked and we couldn’t use it. The pool was filthy, I didn’t trust not showering. They were supposed to change us rooms, told us twice to come back later.. The third time we tried they said they were full and there wa son other rooms. The new hotel clerk said nobody told her. Whole staff was rude about the situation. We left our vacation a day early because I couldn’t stand being there."

"Hotel is run down lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel staff makes the reservation work just to put you on a do not rent list. No hot tub. Hotel staff is rude and mumble under their breath when working with you. Terrible place."

"This place was fantastic. Very clean, staff and owner were very nice and accommodating. Great location plus there are restaurants close enough to walk to and a Target just down the street. The area felt very clean and safe as well."

"Location was ok, close enough to downtown. However Rooms were not serviced, poor dark lighting, heating was not working during minus degree outside temperatures. No coffee, tea or kettle etc in the rooms, no breakfast facilities in hotel, no chairs to sit on in room. Refurbishing of the whole hotel was ongoing and noisy at times. Rubbish bins on landing were not emptied during the 4 days we stayed. This is basically an old motel that has had its day."

"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment.
