"Nothing like it was advertised online and especially for the price I was definitely over charged truthfully these rooms are worth about on 30 bucks or so I paid wayyyyy more, my Ac did not work my Tv did not work, my room was very hot and uncomfortable. I tried contacting staff for a refund or discounted rate and no one has contacted me at all. If you are looking for nice high quality do not stay here!! This is an old motel that is not worth the price that Expedia advertises it as. Definitely...

"The hotel was nothing like the advertisement. The elevator did not work and the attendant wasn’t very empathetic. He falsely stated that there weren’t available rooms with double beds on the first floor and after checking in I witnessed him showing a room to a guest on the first floor with double beds coming after us. Staff continued to say they didn’t understand English. Rooms were not attended to had to go to desk for cleaning towels. Parking was fine. Air conditioning was fine."

"There were a lot of issues. The light in the shower flashed off and on continuously; it was fixed on the second day of our stay. There were no towels in the bathroom except for a bath mat. I asked the front desk clerk for towels; he gave me 2 hand towels, 1 washcloth, and another bath mat. He had no bath towels for us, so I had to use the bath mat to dry off after my shower. We never did get any bath towels! The water pressure in the shower was so wimpy that it took forever to get wet and then...

"The whole place was filthy I actually reported this hotel to the health department and the fire, inspectors and building inspectors as well. This hotel shouldn’t even be on Expedia and the so-called manager Stephanie Johnson is the most foul person I’ve ever met."

"Beautiful hotel in downtown Fort Collins. Our room was impeccably clean. We found the room to be quiet even though view was by the street. Hotel provided text updates and checked in on us. There were ear plugs and a white noise machine but we didn't need them. We will stay again next time we visit family in FC. Loved the location and parking was convenient."

"Staff was friendly, We were only there for the night, had a late check in and an early check out as we were traveling. Keep in mind there are no stairs to the 2nd floor. Which being a person that doesn’t do stairs well and having to carry up items ( including an ice chest) was not easy. "

"Breakfast is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wet carpet in our room that had occurred from a leak earlier in the day. I brought this attention to the front desk who confirmed they could also smell wet/musty carpet. It took a little while for accommodations to be made, but we were moved from a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout to a room with 1 king bed and a pullout. For 3 adults it was not ideal, but my granddaughter slept on the couch....

"The hotel is very nice but one of the elevators was down for the entire week there. They also advertise laundry, but they do not have machines available to guests so we had to go to a local laundromat. We were there for a softball tournament so having only one elevator was very inconvenient. Only later in the week did they put up a sign to use the service elevator. They were also out of bar soap for the first 2 days we were there so we had to get our own."
