"Beautiful hotel in downtown Fort Collins. Our room was impeccably clean. We found the room to be quiet even though view was by the street. Hotel provided text updates and checked in on us. There were ear plugs and a white noise machine but we didn't need them. We will stay again next time we visit family in FC. Loved the location and parking was convenient."

"The hotel is very nice but one of the elevators was down for the entire week there. They also advertise laundry, but they do not have machines available to guests so we had to go to a local laundromat. We were there for a softball tournament so having only one elevator was very inconvenient. Only later in the week did they put up a sign to use the service elevator. They were also out of bar soap for the first 2 days we were there so we had to get our own."

"I definitely would not call it “Breath Taking” as the description Title stated. The place is ordinary, no dressers or hangers in closets to store clothing. There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds. "I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully. I think I fed a lot of fish, but they are too smart for me. The geese were friendly and joined me for breakfast early...
