"The pictures online of this hotel appear to make it nicer than it was. It has a very dark, dingy, motel-feel to it. When we checked in, the front desk person was very kind and helpful, but he had very red, bloodshot eyes and appeared to be under the influence. (I do not know this for sure). He gave us our keycard and instructed us that we would enter the building through a separate door that could only be opened by using our key. "The bed sheets did not fit correctly and came off every night. The desk chair was broken in largely unusable. The room was TINY; both double beds were against the walls with a small space between. The exterior is very poorly maintained and the parking rules were not enforced (abandoned cars in the lot). Indoors, people were cooking in their rooms which stunk horribly and caused allergic reactions (asthma) for my child. I will never stay here or a “Choice” hotel again."

"Cleaning needs improvement; the carpet and bathroom were very dirty. The staff need to do better, as they didn't care about helping; our room had no hot water, and they weren't willing to switch our room or fix the problem. 😞"

"This was our second time staying at SpringHill Suites over the July 4th weekend, and once again, we had a great experience. Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was well organized, and they provided everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were clean, private, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the friendly, welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is disgusting. Smelled of marijuana when entering building. There's stains all over matress and bedding, the room smelled of mildew and mold. There was rust in bathtub and sink. Burnt out light bulbs and broken lamp."

"The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. "The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up."
