One time she came down from Hera house and wanted to be sure all was good. The door lock needed a new battery and she had it replaced in a moment. She was a great host making our stay the best. "We enjoyed our stay in this super clean home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes needed to prepare home cooked meals for our family of 5. Communication was so fast, including immediately fixing the one minor issue we had. (Battery died in the door keypad). "We arrived before the pool season. We rented Saltaire 11, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full size kitchen, and a full size screened porch. The interior had everything that we needed (except maybe a dishwasher). The staff offered us a gas grill to cook our ribs. The entire cottage appears completely repainted and refreshed. Fresh linens, comfy beds, comfortable living room and dining furniture and board games for the children. A TV was in the living room and each bedroom. We look forward to...
