"Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. "

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. "

"Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food."

"The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner."

"Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village."

"What an amazing property! I would highly recommend this as a base to explore the local area . Tucked away privately with everything you would need. The property is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped . The hosts are beyond helpful and the swimming pool is just an added bonus . Plenty of space for more than one family to share . "Nous avons été accueillis par les hôtes les plus charmants qu’ils soient dans une maison très calme avec une très belle vie et une grande piscine. Tout était impeccable. La maison est une bonne base arrière pour visiter la région d’Orvieto, le nord du Latium, l’ouest de l’Ombrie et le sud de la Toscane. Pour info, il y avait 3 chats (très sympas !). "This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected.
