"We paid for an early check in and a bucket of craft beer in our room. Both of which was granted and was great. The staff however, we not very friendly and not very helpful. They didn't explain the amenities, or tell us where they were on property, or what time they closed. We were given papers and told to check online if we needed any more information. "Didn’t like the room, way too small and to get into the shower was a trick! Only a little bit of room with shower, toliet and sink Not good. You have to pay an extra $100 for amenities. Should be included in with booking,which included a can of water and to be able to walk around the yard,"

"We had a one night stay at this BW Bruinswick on July 4th. It was very quiet on the back side of the hotel. Our room with 2 queen beds was comfortable and the room spacious. Very large mini fridge and microwave would be great for longer stays. Very convenient location since our friends own a small cottage off one of the inlets in Brunswick. The only complaint was that the fan in the bathroom was quite loud when the light was turned on."

Our balcony had awesome view of water and we took advantage of it many times. We love to go to dinner each night on water but wasn’t in the cards as we enjoy a couple cocktails while dining and without local transportation like Uber or Lyft it didn’t happen. "The inn was the perfect location for exploring Boothbay, viewing the harbor and seeing the fireworks for the 4th of July. Parking was wonderful and the innkeeper went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and were aware of all available amenities. He even made our dinner reservations. The breakfast items available to us were a helpful way to start our day and save a bit of money. We loved the common areas and the grounds were beautiful."
