"We paid for an early check in and a bucket of craft beer in our room. Both of which was granted and was great. The staff however, we not very friendly and not very helpful. They didn't explain the amenities, or tell us where they were on property, or what time they closed. We were given papers and told to check online if we needed any more information. "The hotel is okay. The room freshener that they spray is awful. The floors are dirty. Whoever stayed in the room before us had used the ice bucket lid as their dinner plate. It was nasty."

"Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Thus all bags large and small had to be carried up the stairs then down again at the end of our stay. The room did gave a balcony with 2 chairs and a nice view of the harbor. Parking was available"

"The inn was the perfect location for exploring Boothbay, viewing the harbor and seeing the fireworks for the 4th of July. Parking was wonderful and the innkeeper went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and were aware of all available amenities. He even made our dinner reservations. The breakfast items available to us were a helpful way to start our day and save a bit of money. We loved the common areas and the grounds were beautiful."
