"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!"

"We have just got back from a fabulous stay at this property. Lovely place and super pool for a really relaxing stay. It was really hot but plenty of shady areas too. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. Paola was so helpful making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, as well as helping us with restaurant bookings! Super destination close to Rome - it is a shame that the station in Castelnuovo di Porto is currently closed but it was still easy to get into the city...

"Our family made this beautiful property “home base” while visiting Rome. Views are tremendous. Hosts are very communicative and left us a wonderful welcome gift. Car rental from Termini to property 45 mins (but plan on an hour + with traffic when returning). Quick drive to the nearby town for any provisions. To get to and from Rome, we drove to the train station (Piana Bella Di Montelibretti), about 20 minutes away and parked the car for ease of travel within Rome on the Metro. Train ride is...

"We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenagers. Good beds, clean and tidy. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to go away from the busy life and enjoy the nature. "
