"The room was verry Clean, the stuff was verry polite and helpful."

"Clean rooms, AC works well, clean and kept showers with heated water, good breakfast"

"It was convenient and quick for a few hour stay"

"Nice hotel for layover stay. The property is old and needs upgrade. But the staff was friendly."

"Easy option for overnight stay between flights. Perfect location near shopping centre to wonder around."

"This hotel is a convenient location for transit and if you have an early flight out the next day. Pool is nice and surprisingly quiet considering it's in the middle of BKK airport. everything was just okay, but you wouldn't want to stay here longer than one night. Food below average, staff service below average and interiors are dated and need renovation."

"Room is very clean. Quiet. Staff is very friendly and professional. There is shuttle to/from airport (150baht per trip-very reasonable). Only 10mins away. Highly recommend for overnight connection."

"Very handy for the airport, very nice helpful staff, clean large room with a good shower,"

"Break fast not well and the reception staff not helpfully and they didn’t care about the clients"

"Great spacious and clean room, comfortable bed and clean linens. Unfortunately the water heater doesn’t work and we have to bath in cold water (normal water but it’s rainy season during our stay 😖, so the water is cold). We found out is the middle of late night and hotel staff can do nothing but to offer to change the room to another building, which we found inconvenient. The day shift reception could be more friendly and smiling at guests rather than making the face that we felt unwelcome....

"Nice staff good room convenient area "
