"We loved staying here. The apartment was was just outside Cowes to be away from any traffic noise but close enough that getting to the town took a few minutes by car. The position felt idyllic with wallabies, geese and purple hens moving through the adjoining paddock. Easy access to everything, including wineries, penguin parade and other nature reserves. We loved it. "

"We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...

"Property was lovely, the private sauna was amazing. If booking through Expedia, need to have Stayz as well as this is where communciation occurs. I did not have Stayz and it made checking in a bit trickier"

"This is a spacious and clean property. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. There is covered parking. It is a tight spot but manageable. It has a great washer and dryer - they were spread out (one in the kitchen, one in the garage). There was no WiFi. "

"The house was in a great position, walked to the beach and coffee shop just around the corner. The house was freshly painted and had good heating and plenty of room for our large group. We imagine staying in the summer months would be lovely with the decking and views."
