"Unser Zimmer war wundervoll eingerichtet, das Bett war gemütlich und das Ambiente war sehr einladend. Der Kamin war ein Highlight. Es hat sich wie nach Hausekommen angefühlt. Wir saßen im Garten, auf bequemen Stühlen und haben mit kuscheligen Decken den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet. Jederzeit wieder."

"Firstly, although advertised, there is no breakfast at all. This needs to be removed from Expedia, etc. May have earned an excellent rating, if not for this deception. Checking was quick and efficiently professional, despite the 4-person line. We stayed in a large, deluxe King room, which was located on the ground floor, in a detached building, overlooking the harbor. Nice. Needs some updating, very minor repairs, but extremely comfortable. Bed was clean and comfy. Everything in the room was...

"This place is really nice! Rooms are adorable and the grounds are beautiful. Easy trail access to Van Damme beach and the trail itself is lined with wildflowers and lovely views. Nice chicken enclosure where you can feed them and the Llama are so cute! Breakfast delivered to tour room in the morning was very nice and the pizza restaurant had a nice selection of pizzas and salads. Super nice staff as well! Highly recommend!"

"Amazing place, everything was clean, tidy and quiet at night. The pool and spa worked the staff were so sweet and nice. Good breakfast I'd absolutely would stay again. I highly recommend this hotel for the price its a 10"

"Oh this place is beautiful. The main Lodge is a gorgeous building, full of fascinating books and accessories for sale. (Not to mention the sweetest cats). Stanford has the only indoor pool and hot tub for 100 miles. The restaurant was hot garbage, but Mendocino is chock full of wonderful places to eat."

"The only reason I choose this place was the hot tub and sauna they had advertised online, I was traveling into town during a grueling motorcycle cross country event and I wanted a hot tub to soak away the muscle pain. Unfortunately the hot tub was "broken" it looked like it had been broken for years, yet still advertising it as an amenity. The room was very dated and missing parts of the counter, no phone, the heater had problems and the room was quite noisy. I will never stay there again and...

"Very nice property! Great location, nice views, very nice room which was very clean especially for a Pet friendly room. They had everything you need in the room. The grounds/gardens are well maintained and pretty. Nicely lit at night. The restaurant/Tavern was excellent; great food, wonderful atmosphere and service. Our server Matt was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even our fur babies enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. We will be coming back here for sure!"

"Good location. large front room. Bedroom was hard to enter on one side."

"Our toilet broke within 10 minutes of checking in and when I called the front desk they said they didn’t have maintenance and encouraged my husband to fix it if he could. A few minutes later maintenance showed up but had no clue what was the problem so my husband basically had to use his tools to fix it himself. The only “amenity” the ice machine was also broken. If they would just repair some of these outdated things then it would be a nice place to stay."
