"The stay was fine I was disappointed on the day (Sunday) We were gone for the day came back after dinner and when we (husband and I) entered our room we found that it was not clean. We didn't leave it dirty it ,just beds not made up and dirty towels were still in bathroom. Any time we would stay 2days or more house keeper would go in and do what had to be done In any motel we stayed in the room were cleaned. That is the only complaint i have The staff was friendly and helpful . . ."

"Beautiful property and suite. We had everything we needed for a long weekend get away with shopping and restaurants a 10 minute walk. "

"We got the family room which was a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with a full kitchen. It did what we needed beds were good to us. Firm mattresses. Room 22 was good to us. Please be mindful that you will need to walk up steps to get into that family unit."

"Amazing place to stay. Daphne, the owner, greated us and gave us a tour of the place. There was a parking spot reserved for us. The pictures of the B&B are accurate: immaculate, clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. We booked the Maple Suite - Waterfront with Sunset View. The room and bathroom had everything we needed. The both days we stayed, Daphne cooked amazing breakfast which were filling and delicious. She was great to talk with, but also gave us lots of privacy. The B&B was a 10 min...

"The property as a whole is definitely old and showing signs of that, could use some TLC. The first floor smelled like stale smoke but the upper floor did not. My room was big and the bed was very comfortable so I slept well. The bathroom was ok but clean. The breakfast was amazing they serve pancakes, eggs and sausage, also they had pastry’s and drinks. There is a room upstairs with a fridge and some drink so it was nice. Overall very good experience besides for a few thing I would change."

"This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I had an amazing experience. I was able to check in early and even got my room upgraded for free. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here it is right next to the bus stop but also not to far to walk."

"The property is very conveniently located close to the falls and it's a beautiful, charming, quaint place. The host was very kind and helpful and gave great recommendations on places to see and restaurants around the area. 10/10 recommend"

"We enjoyed our stay at Redwood. Lin and Jin were excellent hosts. The room was great and the breakfasts incredible. Having a place to park and be able to walk to the falls meant a lot to us. We would stay there again. "

"This property was beyond my expectations. The place is gorgeous with amazing breakfast. The staff are very friendly and great service. Our room had three balconies. Great views, and a short distance from the busy areas will definitely stay here again."

"B&B très bien situé dans une petite rue d’un quartier calme et résidentiel, maison avec beaucoup de charme, parking gratuit, chambre confortable et excellent petit déjeuner préparé par les hôtes. Et à 10 minutes à pied des chutes et des différentes attractions… Que demander de plus ? "

"Fantastic location, great amenities, great hotel overall. Just a few drawbacks: - because of its popularity and location, check-in times are atrocious. Suggestion for hotel: Have a lock-box style place where you place keys for rooms that are ready. You send an SMS with the code to the lockbox to the party when the room is ready. They arrive, they take the key, boom, job's done! - elevator wait times can be hairy at peak hours. There are only 3 elevators that go to floors 13-22 so that means...

"The room was very nice and family friendly. The kids loved the bunk bed. They show movies for the kids in the evening, and the water park was a big hit for the kids, too. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The ONLY thing we didn't like were the pillows, they were flat and stiff. If comfy pillows are important to you bring your own 😆"
