"Everything about our stay at this hotel was excellent. From the communication, to the welcome we received and our wonderful room. It was all fantastic. We had no idea when we booked that we had actually booked The Level. This was like a small hotel within the hotel. It gave us access to a beautiful terrace and breakfast just for people on Level 6.
