"From start to finish the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Hosts were also amazing and were on top of everything, requests were handled with a quick response. Suite was well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean, balcony was a bonus. The neighborhood is just outside the tourist zone but very walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. Be kind to the stray cats and dogs, feed them if you can, they are part of the charm. "

"We had an amazing stay at Costa Sur! The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning works great which is super important in Puerto Vallarta. There are deals at the bar area for those who like alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is by order only no buffet. The kitchenette area is small but everything worked well. I do recommend taking swim shoes for the beach area there are a ton of small rocks. It’s not possible to play in the beach area...

"Wonderful stay. You can’t get a better locación for the price. Just a couple of blocks from the Malecon and close to so many restaurants and to the main plaza. Our room was spacious, comfortable and with all needed amenities. The included breakfast is quite complete, fruits, coffee, toast and a main dish to chose from. All the staff is amazing. "The view was amazing! Everyone we met was so nice and accommodating. The pool and bar area were lovely and the meals we had at the restaurant were good! There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that but Ubers we’re always available. "
