Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Lovely property. Access to the other 6 Riu properties in Playacar made it easy to check out other properties and determine which you’d prefer. We preferred ours because the beach area is huge. No need to get up at 6am and snag a chair. Many available even after breakfast. We enjoyed the steakhouse (for the lobster) and the Italian (for the lamb chops and starter salad). Good entertainment and if you want more then go to other Riu property within walking distance. Staff were great. We tip EVERYTIME we get service (20 pesos) and 50 pesos for our housekeeper (per day). It’s not obligatory and we understand that many may not tip. We choose to do so. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the non smoking policy is not enforced. We had people on either side of our room smoking day and night on the patio area. If we were outside I would ask them to stop smoking and they did. There are designated smoking area so please use them. Thanks much appreciated.
