"Decent priced room, no bugs found in room floors were filthy and housekeeping was non existent. Ask for new towels had to go get them myself from the service desk even though housekeeping was already cleaning rooms on our floor. Asked for housekeeping to clean the room that never happened"

"We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one."

"I will Never be coming back here again. First the elevator was broken so I had to walk to my room. Next when I went to use the microwave there were roaches in the microwave and all over the tables. When I went to check out and asked for a Refund I was told I had to wait for a manager to authorize the refund. Then when I called the next day I was told the manager won’t be in until Monday.
