"The price was reasonable, clean room, food was good"

"Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

"Staff and check in was great. Informative front desk personnel, quick check in, very easy parking setup and easily accessible. Our condo was spacious, balcony for ocean front was large as well. TVs were a bit small and aged, but overall a very good stay."

"Excellent service"

"Everyday they didn't leave wash clothes and coffee the bathroom was way to small the light was rusted and the door stop was tore off and just laying there the air conditioner would run then made a sanding noise at night.I would not recommend for the money you pay."

"The lady at the front desk was horribly rude, and the room was atrocious! Couch and chair were covered in stains. Kitchen didn't have most common utensils, no dish soap, microwave was so rusty I was afraid to put food in there. Pulled out the bottom drawer of the stove and almost threw up! Couldn't believe how bad the suite was. But the downstairs bar was fun and the beach access was really good."

"The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh...

"Very nice and clean"

"We loved how clean it was and everything that’s in the picture describes what’s in person in the beach front view is unspeakable!"

"Jack, the young man who did the valet parking for me, was awesome. I give him 5 stars."

"Terrible experience! Long line at checkin first with cars, then at counter. Partial ocean view was provided for full ocean front reservation and no access to patio because door was broke. Water pressure was 1 out of 10 at 5:30 am, during non heavy time. Appearance was more of an office feel than a lounge vibe. It was a mad house on a Sunday check-in ! Staff was unpleasant, rude and had no authority."

"We've stayed at NB several times and love it. It is always top notch even in the middle of construction!"
