"A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive...

"The cove is newly renovated as I understand. Adult pool is amazing with soft beds, beach is amazing with soft powdery sand and clear water. Food is good but expensive for what it is but hey it’s an island, so yeah. Nice casino. Rooms are big and spacious, clean. We stayed at 19 floor the view was amazing. "My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, pleasant helpful and welcoming. The hotel offered a variety of restaurants for dining; my favorite was Yellowbell. I enjoyed my stay here because it provided a calm and laid back environment. I was able to rest and relax and have fun. My only concern was the description of the room, The Marina View Room, which did not offer a view of the Marina. The Manager advised this was the actual name for the 2nd floor rooms...
