"This is a special place in a beautiful setting. While we used it as a base to explore the area, we made also made sure to relax in our beautiful courtyard and on premises. Our highlight was a cooking course with the two chefs, who were delightful and taught us a lot about Cretan cooking. The restaurant consistently produced high quality offerings for breakfast and dinner. We loved our stay here!"

"One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in on Crete, and excellent value. Our room had a breathtaking seaview and we'd return just for this alone. But the host, Harris, was also very friendly and attentive, telling us how to navigate down to the beach and town. Air conditioning worked like a dream and the bed was comfy. All in all a brilliant experience, and as we are frequent visitors to Crete we will be back. "

"In diesem Hotel ist alles rundherum einfach nur super. Besonders zu erwähnen die Sauberkeit und außerdem die Freundlichkeit des Persoanls. Das am Pool veranstaltete BBQ war ein absolutes Highlight. Ein wirklich ruhiger und erholsamer Uraub. Wer Annimation braucht, kann einfach rüber ins Kreta Star gehen. "

"Im Anna Plakias fanden wir eine ruhige Unterkunft in Laufdistanz zum Strand und den Restaurants von Plakias. Sauber, regelmässig gereinigt. Leider war der Pool zu stark mit Chemikalien durchsetzt."

"Angelina is very welcoming and available for any need. She will do everything she can to make your holiday a great moment. We had a room on the uper floor (6th) offering great view to the sea and the city. But the downside is that we had to climb the stairs everytime we went out (as there is no elevator), but it's worth it if you're a little bit sporty. The swimming pool is good but a bit shallow (1.40m) and it can be limited if many guests (say 10) are in at the same time. Included breakfast...

"Es war ok, vor allem nah bei den Tavernen am steilen Hang. Das Zimmer erinnerte von den Möbeln und der Ausstattung wie auch von den baulichen Gegebenheiten an vergangene Zeiten, gleichwohl war es sehr sauber und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das WLAN war gut, das Frühstück hervorragend und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr schätzenswert. "This property is at the end of a road along the sea. The location is really nice, so is the resort. Among the good things, there is a perfect functioning air conditioning system and the warmth and politeness of the people working there. Things to improve: the spotty WIFI."
