"The room we got, the tv in the living space did not work. Front desk lady came up to the room trying to fix it but could not claiming they have never seen that before. They got us into another room where the tv did the same thing but also the recliner was broken and one of the lights in the bedroom lamps did not work. Toilet paper was the awful one ply."

"We love staying here! Came for the weekend to see a couple of concerts. The rooms are comfy, breakfast is yummy (and free!), free parking, and just a 10-20 min ride to downtown. Great stay and a great value! We would’ve paid 2x more for a similar hotel within the same area. Glo always has the best rates!"

"The buildings are unique and set apart from one another. We stayed upstairs (2nd floor) and there was no elevator in our building."

"The hotel was nice, the room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. We ended up asking to change rooms due to a noisy upstairs neighbor and the front desk staff assisted with no problems. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular, but that's not a make or break for us. We would definitely stay there again. "
