"The front desk staff were super friendly, definitely 5 star. Property was clean. Only complaint was that the room smelled like smoke, which I know of hard for the property to control and deal with but my allergies didn’t like it."

"This hotel was very unclean. The first room they gave was not clean with garbage in floor and no sheets on the bed. The front desk apologized and gave us a second room next to the first one. The second room had the bed made up but the fridge was spattered with something red all over the front. The floor was filthy, mold growing in shower, trash still in trash cans. We left and found other accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again."

"It's hard to "police" but when host multiple with company trucks suggesting to them, and even other travelers, parking allowing others to park in front of their respective room. Conveniently outside of Nashville downtown and close to the airport. "

"The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again."
