The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.

This place was dirty and disgusting. Had to change rooms because of the water all over the floor from AC unit. The new room was dirty, moldy and had holes in ceiling in shower. To make mattera worae, almost all tv channela are in spanish and ceiling fan light wont turn off without turning whole unit off and it was needed in the muggy heat. NEVER AGAIN RODEWAY...NEVER AGAIN

This motel was NASTY!!! Sheets and bed covers had cigarette burns on them. Floor had not been swept in our room. Elevator had cigarette burns and butts all over the floor. Could hear through the walls of people talking until after 12:00 am. Unsafe period!! To make it worse couldn’t sleep after being at hospital for 16 hours with my son on life support. Expedia please take this motel off your list of options for it does not look good on your continued support for this motel. What a disaster!!!

The location is great for getting to or from the airport. It was a cheap place to sleep for one night, but I wouldn't choose it to stay in for any amount of time. Although it's "No Smoking", it smelled like 100 yrs. of smoke permeated everything. It was clean enough and had the basics for a place to hang your hat for the night. But everything was really dated and tired, from the rattly elevator to the items in the rooms. Just realllllly old & tired.

We spent 19 nights at said property. The heat was barely to not adequate at all when it got cold. The refrigerator went out on day 10 and was forced to throw away food because of inaction. The management was made aware of these problems on numerous occasions, but they were unresponsive
