"Goed hotel vlakbij het station Hayes & Harlington dus zo in centrum Londen. Ook de supermarkt Asda op de hoek. Personeel erg vriendelijk bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was redelijk maar hoeveel wil je eten? Kamers waren netjes en schoon"

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"I booked as a last minute place to stay very late at night and the staff were immensely helpful. I stayed up passed the set check in time and called to check I could still check in and they were happy to accommodate. It was comfortable, clean, and budget friendly. Very highly recommend!"

"Fundamentally, it's a hostel with lockers big enough to sleep in. It's an incredibly nice, clean hostel with very nice self-service amenities, especially for the price, but you'll hear the people in the bunks adjacent to you and see people in various states of trying to sleep or relax in their pods. The pods are clever with storage but it's still very scarce, especially in the single pods.
Pros: Fantastic location on a pedestrian street steps off the Elizabeth line and Oxford Street....

"The staff, both (Medhi and Sandeep) were very friendly and very accommodating throughout my stay. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift and my room was on the 4th floor. However they kindly took my case up to my room, Although check out was earlier than usual but they allowed me to leave my luggage until I was ready to pick it up."

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are like prison cells. My room had urine on the floor, dirty towels and an unmade bed. There is not even a chair in the room, no services provided, one roll of toiletpaper for four days, the only vending machine that worked when I arrived was a condom vending machine - no water available, no food. Everyroom in the hotel has no windows. Scores of other patrons were devastated upon seeing the rooms on their arrival. This hotel...

"The location was perfect for us and although the bed was comfy and the room was clean, the fixtures were very tiered and in need of replacing. The bathroom tap was covered with limescale and the radiator and bin were rusty which was not pleasant to look at. The shower was ok but the cubicle was tiny! There were only 2 sockets in the room so we couldn’t both charge our phones at the same time and there was no tea / coffee making facilities either."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well for which we were grateful as there was a heat wave the last day we were there.
The staff was very polite and helpful. We truly felt taken care of.
The bar - the food was very good.
Only thing - there were four pillows on the king bed. We both needed two were needed as they were thin and flattened out. If you like a thicker pillow as for an extra one."
