"I enjoyed my stay! Nina was very accommodating and super helpful as it was the first time my friend and I stayed at an extended stay-type hotel. The service was very friendly from all the staff and I really appreciated how the entire place (room, grounds, office) was maintained well! If and/or when I come back to the DMV area, I would stay here again. Thanks so much!"

"I stayed at other Towneplace Suites and this Otis definitely showing its age. Breakfast was ok in a small area with uncomfortable seating. I like the kitchen area in these places. Hot water for shower was hit or miss. Overpriced for what it offers..for what I paid for a long wedding weekend. "

"The breakfast was excellent. Rooms and common areas were very clean. The quality of the beds and furniture was very good. I would definitely stay again. Parking on site was $30/night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area was very well kept. Great experience o stall. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"I loved my Jr Suite, but I found a pair of dirty underpants in the closet as I was putting my clothes up for a three-day conference. The staff at the front desk were apologetic, so I offered to share the picture with them. I disposed of the underpants. I tried to order breakfast for my last morning at 12 midnight but it was suggested I wait til morning as I'd be picking it up on my way out to the Capitol. I never got breakfast as I had to rush to get an Uber with others. Lastly, I forgot to put...
