"The beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities were beyond our expectations! I was concerned about the parking at first since it’s run through Park mobile and not the hotel but there were plenty of spaces and it wa easy to arrange for parking. Every time I reached out for assistance or with questions I got thorough answers quickly. Amazing find near DC. I will never stay in DC again. This will be our new go to place to stay."

"Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV."

"Great location for this 3-bedroom property. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults and an infant. One parking spot included but plenty of street parking right in front of the building and on the side streets. Will definitely stay again when back in the area."

"This property was very nice and super convenient to my son’s new home. I could walk there everyday. It was as clean and well appointed"

"My family and I stayed at this property for eight days as part of my wife's 50th birthday celebration in the D.C. area. The property is very comfortable and close to King Street, where there is plenty for everyone to do. My kids went to the "Call Your Momma" bagel shop every morning, which is two blocks away. Communications with the property owner was clear and fast -- really appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again."

"This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me....

"The room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved how quiet the building was. I could not hear the neighbors at all! Everything was so clean. I will get a room here again in the future."

"The townhouse was great. I would recommend to place beds was very comfortable kitchens was well stock with cooking supplies. The grandroom was very comfortable also. Grocery store is very close by. "

"While it is an older place, It was still very nice. I think the only issue we had was trying to figure out the dishwasher(light switch under the sink). The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. The neighborhood was quiet and reasonably close to the metro."
