"Breakfast was great"

"Several issues made this a disappointing experience. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning, making the bathroom stuffy and unusable. More concerning, guests were openly smoking marijuana at the main entrance, which was unpleasant and inappropriate. We were initially assigned a room on the 3rd floor, but a group of young men were loitering in the corridor, whispering comments like "a family is here" when they saw us — which felt uncomfortable and unsafe. We had to request a room change to...

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"New tastefully designed hotel in a developed and safe area, 15 min walk to the main street, plenty of restaurants near by, also the restoaurant in the hotel has a great menu, the breakfast was amazing, we loved out stay and be back again"

One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would...
