Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
"The property was clean. Did not like that the pool closed early and so did the snack bar so we were not able to get any drinks and it was very hot outside. Also the lazy river moved very slowly so people were crowding all around."

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa
"Fix the AC. I am in room 554 and the AC is set all the way to 60 and it just doesn't get cool enough. I have family staying in room 448 and the AC was 10 times better and it was set to 65. Also on arrival all the bed linen smelled like wet clothes left in the washer too long. We asked for new linen ..."
