The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa
"Staff & Service were excellent, well trained and attentive. Unfortunately, the property was undergoing more construction that had been disclosed prior to booking - noise, dirt, dust everywhere. Some amenities and services were not available."

Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Scottsdale
"Jason at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We were set up on the 3rd floor but were informed afterwards that the elevator was broken and not working. He mentioned that we could talk to Adam H the manager but he cones in later in the morning so we did not get a chance to see him/talk to him ..."
