"I cannot say enough positives about how great the staff is…Erin in the Restaurant, Antonio and James at the front desk, all stellar. Really every single staff member is kind, helpful, patient. The property grounds are well kept. The amenities offered are spectacular. Each moment was fabulous."

"The one thing you need at a hotel in Phoenix in August is reliable air conditioning. We had to move from our first room because the AC wasn't working in the bedroom. In the second room, the AC units were old floor units, which were loud an inefficient. The bedroom is so small that the AC unit blows ..."
