"Mycket trevlig personal och bekvämt boende. Dock var mycket smutsigt som bestick, badrum och annat. Vi behövde diska om det mesta. De lämnade kvar två använda och ofräscha tvättsvampar. "

"Looks like a recently renovated property. Clean, simple room. The dining hall for the complimentary breakfast was spacious and clean. "

"Room little dated but extremely spacious, and very clean. Only comment is lack of USB port. Buffet was adequate but missing the ‘wow’ factor. Property was little far from train station, I think it would be much convenient if the shuttle will bring guess back to hotel instead of just one way to the train station."

"Hotel had everything and was conveniently located 50 steps from bus stop you need to see everything around the area. Really like their locker system for leaving luggage after check out without having to worry about front desk being available after returning from sight seeing. Staff super friendly and nice. "

"The Mountain View and hospitality of the staff were outstanding as was the incredibly delicious and beautifully presented food. Location was also outstanding in walking distance to town and to the national park and historical features. Highly recommend. "

"Nice new building & modern rooms, friendly staff, convenient and free parking. Walkable from the train station but is uphill and not very close (probably not a good idea with bags). The property offers free transfers from the station, but only hourly and just a few times a day - I would not consider this a negative though given the hotel is affordable and taxi rides are cheap. "

"Love the private Onsen and sauna and the house is new and very clean love the layout! The couch could be more comfortable but very modern"

"The property was great and the beds were SOOO COMFORTABLE!!! There is a grocery store and drug store less than 5 mins away. This was a perfect place for our family and we look forward to visiting again. "

"客室は清潔で、ビジホと比較しても遜色はなく、また駐車場も無料＋敷地内で部屋まで徒歩20秒。価格も安いし、軽食も付いてくるので概ね満足。 ただ、部屋によってばらつきはあるようだが、道路から近い故の振動が酷く眠れなかったのは残念。無料の耳栓はフロントにあったが、振動なのであまり意味はないかも。"
