"Nice hotel in great area. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I just wish they had free coffee in the lobby. They had coffee in the room, but a pain to have to make a cup."

"Can’t find one complaint. This hotel is gorgeous, rooms are very well laid out, have everything you could need. All of the essentials and then some. Immediately when I walked in I was met with the warmest reception. Tall guy at the desk, I hate I don’t remember his name- set the stay off right. Will only stay here when I’m in Charlotte!!"

"The stay was amazing. Very nice staff. But the room and everywhere we went was so clean. I think that was the most comfortable thing about our stay. We were celebrating our 5th year anniversary. I must say we will definitely be back. The area around the hotel was great as well. Plenty of shops and things to do. To where you really didn’t have to drive. Only thing I have to say I wish they had was some bacon on the breakfast menu and more toppings for waffles would have been better. But still...

"Stayed for overnight to make going to an early business meeting easier. Excellent front desk service, an incredibly comfortable bed with lots of pillows, and a shower with great pressure. Free parking that was easy and convenient was a bonus. I chose to try the on-site restaurant due to time/weather; limited options, but excellent service and tasty meal. Highly recommend, and I know I will return again. "
