"We always stay here when coming to Charlotte. It is close to everything. We went to the airport, outlet stores, and just cruised around the city. Staff is always so polite and rooms always clean. Daily nreakfast, nightly dinner and drinks included! Cant beat it!"

"Very clean and excellent amenities. Had streaming services available on the TV and local TV channels. Only a short drive to uptown. Free Breakfast was decent as well."

"On the positive side: The staff was friendly, but not incredibly knowledgeable or motivated, it seemed. The exercise room was small, but ok. The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. Breakfast was excellent! The eggs were even real eggs, not powdered. However… The indoor pool area was way too hot and the water did not look appealing, There was no dirty clothes bag in the room, the refrigerator made a knocking noise, and signs in the parking lot announcing that they were not...

"Had to wait almost an hour and a half for a room after getting there 35 minutes after checkin time. Room stilling getting cleaned at almost 5pm it was a whole lot of people in the lobby waiting on there rooms to be ready. I made my reservation almost 4 moths ago. I will say it was a nice Hotel and the lady at the front desk was nice and did her best. They got the heat the worse and it wasn't there fault. Management dropped the ball on Saturday's check-in big time. Im scared I might have ti wait...

"I actually love this spot! Came from CT to visit. I got the 1br suite...would preferred the 2br just to have more space however it was just me and ny friend so we were very good. Pull out couch as well. We had no issues ...the lady lakeisha I checked in with helped me a whole lot. Breakfast was served early am. Clean...smelled clean. Staff was very friendly including the housekeeping...I located them im the hallway and was able to get extra towels ...again I would definitely book their again....

"The entire lobby is under construction - not one mention of this during booking. There’s no tile, wires hanging from the wall, contractors have to stop their work and move for guests to go past. Horrible horrible experience. I work on construction, I was traveling to relax not feel like I’m on another job site. So disappointed. The breakfast was placed in a conference room, it was generally all unappealing. The only nice thing was the room."
