"This hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It smelt, the bathroom, roof and walls were black with mould. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here regardless of the price. "

"this resort has changed a lot over the years. This is a fifth time we’ve stayed here. Unfortunately this time they failed in a lot of ways. The rules were mouldy. A lot of the requests we were making they were out of stock for example milk simple as that usually when we go to restaurant they’ll run out of the menu some of the items on it clean this mould on the rooms stuff are very nice but unfortunately the resort has gone down"

"The airport transfer was excellent. Breakfast was also very good with a wide choice. The pool was lovely and clean, and friendly staff throughout. The location was very convenient with a shopping mall and supermarket across the road. If you're looking for a quiet stay this may not be an ideal choice though. Road noise on the outside rooms and the first night a Balinese dance and music next to the pool just under my balcony (if stopped at 8:30 though which was fair enough) and other...

"Amazing resort. Fantastic room, beautiful pool and great food. I stayed a lot of nice high end places during my years of travel. I would say this place is tops all. I received the best service ever. The only down side is that this place is rather far from Bali airport and shopping districts. Yes taxi/Grab are available but the traffic congestion is unreal. On the other hand, if you are looking for peaceful / stay in resort vacation, this is it."
