"A localização é excelente!!!! Os quartos são confortáveis, móveis funcionais, cama grande, roupa de cama excelente e toalhas macias. Ar condicionado excelente e wi-fi muito bom! O café da manhã servido no lindo restaurante é excelente! Toda a equipe é muito gentil e acolhedora! O único ponto negativo é o banho, com água sem pressão, mesmo no 2º andar. O banheiro é estiloso, todo de vidro, mas a iluminação incomoda quem estiver dormindo."

"Very roomy, friendly staffs, clean. Just 5-min from the monkey forest is just great! Foods/restaurants around the hotel are great too (Simond Boulangerie is surprisingly good, the croissants and baguettes remind me so much of Paris). Breakfast buffet is ok, I prefer to have more local/traditional foods than western-based (sausage, bacon, eggs, etc.). The only gripe I had was the TV was old, can't screen mirroring to my phone. "we stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room. The hotel staff was delightful. There was a seperate concierge for our building - his name was Rian. he was so helpful and welcoming. He always greeting us and giving us towels at the pool and checking if we needed to order food. He made usfeel special. the deluxe rooms didn't have a lot of room for luggage. We had 4 bags plus2 carry on, so it felt a bit cramped, but other than tgat it was great. the fridge was stocked with drinks & snacks that...

"Amazing! The room was great, the hotel is beautiful, the pool, the restaurant… everything was great. But the staff is beyond amazing, everyone is kind, helpful, and eager to help. I wish I could give them more stars. I would never consider a different hotel if I ever go back to Canggu."
