"I have two words for what could save this hotel: Controlled demolition. This is an ancient property that has been patched up and added on to over their years, so it has a bizarre layout and infrastructure that is creaky at best, including the elevator. Even though we were there during a heatwave, I expected better air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast room, but they were both tepid. The ice machine died while we were there, too. Our room could have been cooler as well, even with the AC set...

"Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston."

"I had to check in early to get to a party. I was charged early check fee of $50.00in at approx 10.30am although the room was ready and there was certainly not a rush of guests. I have never been charged for early check-in if the room was already done. There was no time to argue as I needed to change my clothes to get to a party. I was very disappointed.. Also, the room did not even have a couple of bottled water as a courtesy the two bottles of water that was there had a price tag of two...

"ITS ALL ABOUT THE STAIRS. We are both in our 80s, and while this is a very nice B&B, most would mention that the room is on the second floor. 6 steps on the front porch, then 18 stairs to the second story. Coffee and a packaged roll, no fruit."

No shuttle, so a taxi is needed to get to and from the airport. The room price was very high, though was the cheapest among the BOS airport hotels at the point when I booked."

"I was given warning and was told that if my dog barks then they would ask me to leave even if it is middle of the night. I left the hotel at 10 pm and the hotel charged me pet fees and refunded the room charges ! I have to fight back to get my pet charges !!"

"Overall, good experience. Frequent this particular hotel is location to the airport and downtown Boston love the shuttle to the airport. Also, the staff goes above me on to make your stay."

"We were told that there was no shuttle pick up at the cruise port found out later that there was after we spent $40 taking a cab to get there second we ordered chips and guacamole from the restaurant and it looks like they emptied bottom of the bag of chips under the plate nothing but crumbs really plus the guacamole really not very good at all. The most they repaired for a motel room $287 per night."

"I enjoyed my stay I just feel like they should put in new carpets in the room. The pool looks dirty but is not, one of the supervisors tested it in front of me, but my guest & I got scraped a lot by the pool inside. I noticed there was a lot of guest this 4th of July weekend. I enjoyed the restaurant inside the Hotel. The air conditioning is was perfect. The breakfast included was cool there was no bacon included."
