"I seldom write reviews. I felt inclined to write this one because it was so bad and I gave the hotel every opportunity to explain and make the situation right. It started with us checking in. "Don’t stay here unless you’re ok with a gnat infestation. Just to give you an idea, there were dead gnats in the plastid wrapped cups for the coffee in the room. The only thing “good” about this hotel is the location for concerts. When I requested to change rules because of the gnats the front desk stated, “all rooms are the same.” Only one elevator was working and it was in the way back. Thankfully they had parking back there but was still an inconvenience when we left the hotel not by car. It...

This room had nothing: no pot, no plate, no bowl, no glass, no silverware. First time I’ve ever experienced this in a room with a kitchen. It was my first time to stay in this brand of hotel.
