"It was not a suite please do not be fooled by the word Hilton because it’s nothing more than a quality inn I was disappointed. Me and my family were very disappointed "

"Was not picked up or dropped off at the airport by shuttle. Front desk did send LYFT car and scheduled LYFT for the next day to take us back to the airport. Front desk clerk did not seem very happy to be working on a Saturday. Had a problem with toilet in room not flushing completely. Was told maintenance was gone for the day at 6PM when reported to Front desk. My husband had to use a restroom in the lobby that night and the next morning. Snack machines very limited. Unable to get across 6...

"Gym was pretty light in terms of other hotel gyms I’ve been too. The pool and jacuzzi didn’t look clean so I didn’t even bother trying to go swim. Overall it was alright "

"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."

"Staff was very kind and helpful but for 320 (insane) a night I expect at least a decent nights sleep and a shuttle to airport. They advertise for a shuttle but didn’t have one apparently even though when we called other locations they said they should. We heard every single noise throughout the whole night and the people in the room above us fought so bad and very late into the night that we had to call the front desk about a DV situation. Then we could hear their early morning conversations...

"The sofa seats were broken, the shower was not working, and the towel hanger was severely damaged, making for a very bad experience. "

"Location was great, check in was easy. However, knowing the amount of people staying in the room, the amount of items needed were not properly stocked (towels, toilet paper, etc) "

"Terrible they never cleaned my room and I have to go and ask for clean towels myself everyday also pools are not available. I ask for a refund on the second day and they said no refund after check in. Terrible breakfast too."
