"I have stayed at this lovely home in Prescott a few times and have never been anything but content. This time it was over the 4th of July holiday. My dogs were with me so I was worried about the noise of fireworks. But this neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Not one firecracker! The house was very clean. I was delighted to see red, white and blue decorations on our fence for a festive touch. Great holiday."

"Perfect getaway at the Grape House!l The location is convenient walking distance to all amenities, beautiful downtown area, shopping and eatery’s. Pleasant outdoor seating areas right outside the cottage door. Couldn't ask for a better host! Hope to return next year!"

"We enjoyed morning coffee with the birds, lizards and even a little bitty snake entertained us. Star gazing in the evening was relaxing after daytime hikes in the surrounding areas. "

"Close to plaza, Whiskey Row and great restaurants. Todd was exceptionally responsive. Unusual with two separate spaces. Very clean and just as described in listing. Hope to stay there again."
