"A nice hotel with great location of Lastarria neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Relatively safe area to be at because there’s plenty of security walking around for everyone safety. Lots of great small vendors at night across the hotel. Do be prepared to pay tourists prices in the area. I would gladly go back to this hotel again. "

"Das Hotel ist gut und hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. In der Nähe ist der Stadtteil Lastarria, wo es einige gute Restaurants gibt. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für einen angenehmen Start in den Tag. Das Zimmer entspricht der Beschreibung und ist von der Größe ausreichend. Insgesamt habe ich mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. "Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at."

"Definitivamente ficaria novamente. O quarto é muito bom, a cama é muito confortável. Local extremamente limpo. Nicolas que trabalha na recepção é muito gentil e nos ajudou muito com informações. Check in fácil e rápido. O estabelecimento está de parabéns pela qualidade."

"The apartment is charming, overlooking a square with restaurants. The owner is super nice, helpful, resourceful, accommodating. The neighborhood is in my opinion the most pleasant one, very lively and charming. The apartment is cosy and makes you feel at home."

"Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. "
