"The location and staff make this hotel really enjoyable. The maintenance of the rooms is lacking as other reviewers have pointed out. But our room was spacious and I liked that the fridge got really cold. The AC worked great as well. And I thought breakfast was good as well."

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. "In my opinion the most important thing about it is the location close to the old town, a shopping mall with grocery and lots of restaurants and cafes. My phone in the room never worked, the tv doesn’t have channels in English or Spanish and only few of them worked. Bathroom is ok and there is no coffee machine in the room. The safe in the room was not working properly so the lady at the front desk gave us a key to open and close it."

"Central location. No elevator. Parking is about 5 min walk away at 25e away. Room is tight shower is tight. Good views and restaurant is very good views but only treats and coffee no food or alcohol. Staff are nice."

"The stay would have been so much better if staff at the desk were helpful. Upon check in, the staff were unwilling to help with information about transport into the old city, other than to say take a tram or taxi. I was looking for me details like where to get the tram from and the cost, but the man did not help further, just handed me a map. I later asked for directions to somewhere I could get food and was told just go up the road and you should find something (i didn’t). I wouldn’t stay here...
