"Everything was fine it was clean nice. The only thing I didn't like was they recently replaced the toilets and they put in like juvenile size toilets these are the smallest toilets I've ever sat on. The normal size adult will have trouble positioning themselves on top of this toilet it's way too small it's like two times smaller than a regular size toilet get new toilets and you'll get 100% score"

Called Friday to try to cancel our reservation and get a refund, the lady at the front said no problem let me try to cancel it for you. Proceeded to tell us she was as able to cancel it and give us our refund and we should receive an email of confirmation. Get off the phone. Get an email just saying it was...

"Took 30 minutes to check in. Hotel was overbooked so was questionable if we got a room. Spider in bed and evidence of more at ceiling. Toilet handle stuck and wouldn’t flush. Some mix up with key cards so was concerned someone else could enter our room."

"First we could not get into our room. The front desk person tried helping but wasn’t sure how to help. He called someone and he did get it open though the electronic key did not work. Then we got in the room and someone had been laying on the bed watching TV. The bed was messy and the pillows were all piled up. I asked for a new room and was told they did not have any. I left and found a new hotel. All this happened between 10:00 and 11:00 PM after traveling for 6 hours."
