"First we could not get into our room. The front desk person tried helping but wasn’t sure how to help. He called someone and he did get it open though the electronic key did not work. Then we got in the room and someone had been laying on the bed watching TV. The bed was messy and the pillows were all piled up. I asked for a new room and was told they did not have any. I left and found a new hotel. All this happened between 10:00 and 11:00 PM after traveling for 6 hours."

"Took 30 minutes to check in. Hotel was overbooked so was questionable if we got a room. Spider in bed and evidence of more at ceiling. Toilet handle stuck and wouldn’t flush. Some mix up with key cards so was concerned someone else could enter our room."

"Easy parking and check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Simple and all you need for the night."

"Property was nice but I got there during an outside remodel which made you having to enter through the side doors. The guest laundry facilities need a refresh (looked dirty). Also, my stay was for 8 days and cleaning staff only cleaned the room two days of the stay. I had hung the do not disturb sign out the first two days and cleaning crew recorded it as all week.
