Excellent Hotel.

Un hotel que le hace honor a su nombre; Excellence. Me pareció increíble, con atenciones de primera. Lo recomiendo!

The first room we were in, on the adult side, was extremely dated. As it was our honeymoon, we upgraded and ended up on the palace side. Still a bit outdated, but much better than the first. The A/C worked intermittently. The staff did not restock the mini fridge unless we left a note and tip on the counter. Even then, it was pretty bare. Staff is not forthcoming with what is included in the premium package. You have to figure it out for yourself. There is little to no pool/beach staff to order drinks. If you are on the Palace side, good luck even getting to the bar. Smoking is permitted and encouraged (ashtrays) EVERYWHERE. There is no way to get food unless you get dressed from the beach or pool and sit in a restaurant. We saw garbage on the floor for days. Someone’s underwear hung on a bush for days. Our room was not vacuumed prior to or during our stay. If you are on the adult side, you need to go to the Palace side to use any water equipment such as snorkels, kayaks, etc. The staff at the restaurants are not attentive and you must ask for coffee/water/drink refills. There are little to no games or activities on the adult side and staff does not encourage or let anyone know when an activity is taking place. Men must wear long pants to eat anywhere except the buffet. It was 90 degrees and humid when we were there. Nice shorts should be permitted at the restaurants.
